She handles all of our daily accounting needs and is actively involved in all of our client events.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><em><strong>On a personal note:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em>Joe and his wife Darla enjoy giving back to their community by providing complimentary educational workshops.&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"s1\">They also financially support and volunteer time for many charity events in their area.<\/span><span class=\"s2\">&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> Joe served in the military with the 101<sup>st<\/sup> Airborne. He married Darla in 1995 and they have two children Heidi and Josh. His goal is to form a lasting relationship with his clients and helping give peace of mind regarding their ongoing standard of living throughout their retirement years.\nJosh and his wife Courtney live in the Southwest Missouri area with their two dogs, Darcy and Bentley. Jim is a fiduciary, licensed in the state of Missouri as a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative. Jim\u2019s motivation centers on the idea of helping clients make a smooth transition into retirement and provide a pathway through the financial confusion. He specializes in investment and wealth management during the distribution and preservation years of those approaching and currently in retirement. Denise joined our company bringing 16 years of administrative experience. She actively promotes our public image and manages the office compliance needs. She is a licensed Life and Health agent through the state of Missouri. Exclusively trained in Medicare and Social Security information, helping our clients navigate through their transitional years as they leave the work force.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>On a personal note:<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;Denise is married to Mark and they have 3 children, Kayla, Rachel and Logan. She mainly works out of the Ava office putting her knowledge to work for you. If you have questions regarding your insurance needs, Patty is there to answer your questions. If you listen to the local radio station, you may even hear her voice.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>On a personal note:<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp; Patty is married to Kent. They have two children, two grandchildren, and two cats.&nbsp; They spend their personal time hiking and exploring the Ozarks. They also attend craft fairs and sell their fun photo gifts.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-83 size-medium img-responsive\" src=\"https:\/\/gpswp.com\/latourasset\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/259\/barb-b-2.jpg\" alt=\"Barbara\" width=\"240\" height=\"auto\"><strong>Barbara&nbsp;Burns<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Barbara Burns is licensed in the State of Missouri as an Investment Advisor Representative and a Registered Representative. Barbara serves as our Financial Administrative Assistant. She handles the paperwork for each client and makes sure forms and procedures are adhered to on a daily basis. She also serves as our contracting specialist, working with each of our companies to make sure contracting is complete and up to date. She keeps all of our licensure up to date with each state for the many companies we represent.<\/p>\n<p>Barbara is insurance licensed with the State of Missouri for Life, Health, Property and Casualty. She holds her Series 65 in the State of Missouri and FINRA Series 7.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>On a personal note:<\/strong><\/em> Barbara is a married to Travis and has six wonderful children. She coordinates the documents for our Social Security workshops, and is in charge of keeping information on our clients current. She has worked in the insurance field for over 3 years and has her Life&nbsp; and Health Insurance with the State of Missouri.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\"><strong><em>On a personal note:<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;Patience takes care of her mother in her own home. She enjoys activities with her church, helping during church camp, babysitting her friend\u2019s children, and photography.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-88 size-medium img-responsive\" src=\"https:\/\/gpswp.com\/latourasset\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/259\/kayla.jpg\" alt=\"Kayla\" width=\"240\" height=\"300\">Kayla Haden&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kayla is a licensed life and health insurance agent in the state of Missouri. She is an insurance Broker for the various Medicare supplement and Medicare Advantage carriers in Southwest Missouri. She works with clients to educate as well as transition them into Medicare. She also serves in an administrative assistant role in mail sorting, scheduling appointments, copying, office organization, scanning and electronic filing of documents.<\/p>\n<p><strong>On a personal note<\/strong>: Kayla joined our team in 2015. She brings to us 7 years of working in customer service on the front line. In her spare time you may find Kayla hunting, at trivia night, crocheting, at the river or spending time with friends and family.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-88 size-medium img-responsive\" src=\"https:\/\/gpswp.com\/latourasset\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/259\/courtney.jpg\" alt=\"Courtney\" width=\"240\" height=\"300\">Courtney LaTour&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Courtney joined our team in 2018 serving as our First Impressions specialist.  Courtney will welcome your call with a kind voice, direct your call accordingly or greet you with a smile and a cup of coffee when you walk in our doors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>On a personal note<\/strong>: Courtney came all the way from Manitoba Canada to marry Josh LaTour and join our team.
